Exchange Procedure - Procedure for the Exchange of a Faulty Product


All products purchased through are thoroughly tested by our trained agents before packaging. Therefore, it is extremely unlikely that a product you receive is faulty upon arrival. However, if you encounter such case, and you notify us by E-mail of a defect in the product you received within 5 (five) days of its delivery, we will not only exchange your product with a new one but we will also pay for the shipping costs associated with this exchange.

Within 3 business days of the receipt of your E-mail we will reply with a confirmation E-mail that includes a return order certification, the instructions on how and where to ship your product, and the time you can expect the arrival of your replaced unit. You must ship the faulty product back to us within 5 days after receiving such confirmation E-mail. Under normal circumstances, we ship your new product within 5-7 business days after we receive the faulty product. Please keep in mind the following terms and conditions with regard to the exchange of a faulty product:


  1. A “faulty product” or a “product with defect” is a product that has an error in function or in appearance which is not found in other products of the same model. A product is NOT considered faulty, if you are personally not satisfied with the way the product functions or looks, if you perceive an error in the product that is part of its design, or if you believe the product isn’t exactly what its description, image, sales agent, etc. claim or demonstrate it to be. In such cases, you are still welcome to return the product to us under the terms and conditions of our 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
  2. In rare cases, the product you return to us for exchange might be unavailable temporarily or even permanently. In these cases, we will notify you of our inability to exchange your product. To gain your satisfaction, we will present you with other options, which you have the right to accept or reject. If you reject our presented options, you are welcome to ask for a full refund for your faulty product and shipping expenses. We will provide with the refund within 30 days of receiving the faulty product.
  3. A faulty product returned to us must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a free exchange. You may not use, attempt to repair, open or in anyway tamper with the product that is faulty on arrival. If we find damages to the product or its packaging, if the product is mishandled or if it is found to have been used after you notifying us of its malfunction, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange it free of charge.
  4. Failure to abide to any of the terms mentioned on this page might nullify your right to exchange your faulty product.
